THE FRANKFURTER RUNDEN: HOW DOES IT ACTUALLY WORK?
A brief summary:
-
Participants can compete on a 10 km loop, the Frankfurter Runde along the river Main, running 1 to 4 laps. This allows all athletes to decide during the race how far they want to run.
-
Each participant is assigned a race number and a specific time window based on the total distance they indicated at registration. Within this time window, they may access the event area and must arrive in the pre-start zone.
-
A new start block of participants begins every 10 minutes.
-
This starting procedure is carried out in accordance with hygiene measures and serves to spread out the runners on the course.
We wish you lots of fun 🙂
